Location of the property makes it an ideal starting point for hiking and biking. The train and bus station just 400m, you can get from there to the Tatra Valleys Koscieliska, Chocholowska to Morskie Oko, or Kuźnice where is beginning of many hiking trails.

At a distance of 600m is the most modern in Poland Aquapark. Here you can find Geothermal pools covered and uncovered with a magnificent view of the Tatras, jacuzzi, sauna, ice grotto, hydro, water slides, wild river. Persons who do not like water attractions can spend time in the bowling alley, as well as in restaurants located within the Aquapark.

In the evening you can go to the unconventional theater Witkacy situated 350m from the Villa, or a walk on Krupówkistreet, the most famous pedestrian zone in Poland 900m.

50 m to the nearest store, within 400 - 600m are self-service stores, pharmacy, post office, Internet cafe and a patisserie, regional restaurant, where you can try home-made meals and highland specialties.
